Outlook Meeting Reminder Notification Stretches Beyond Primary Screen

After a recent iOS update, my Outlook 15 min meeting reminder notification stretches beyond my primary screen, making it difficult to either join a meeting and/or dismiss the notification since I have to drag the popup reminder until locating the right side of the notification. Similar situation with the close, minimize, and expand buttons at the top left of the Outlook application, everything is so far stretched apart, sometimes overlapping the search bar at the top of the application.
