Apple Music Conflict on Windows 11?

I downloaded the Apple Music app onto my Windows 11 PC today. I've tried to download albums onto my Apple Music account from the PC, and have also tried to open Apple Radio on the PC, but I keep getting "an unknown error has occurred" message each time. Is there a limitation of what can be used with Apple Music on a PC?
