iOS26: Can I shoot video in normal mode, and edit it to apply slow motion to it?

In iOS26, can I shoot a video in normal mode then add slow motion to it using the edit function? Previous to iOS26, I was able to do this, but seems like I cannot edit normal video to add slow motion to it. iOS 26 does have a slow motion video mode, but must I select that in order to have slow motion video? The problem here is that I have normal mode video that I would like to edit to apply slow motion to it, but not sure how to do that in iOS26. Previous to iOS26, I could edit normal video to add slow motion to it. Any response/help/thoughts is appreciated.
