Lack of Apple Intelligence on iPhone 15

For me a senseless thing is that on the iPhone 15 (not because it has it) there is no Apple Intelligence, that is, one of the latest iPhones released that does not have one of the best Apple news. Could someone explain to me the reason or even some Apple assistant

Every platform with Apple Intelligence has an Apple Silicon chip (A- or M-series) chip, and at least 8 GB of RAM. The iPhone 15, 15 Pro Max, 16- & 17-series phones, and iPhone Air all have 8 GB of RAM. Part of the idea behind Apple Intelligence is to do a lot of on-device processing for privacy and security reasons – but that means using RAM for large on-device models.

The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus have 6 GB of RAM. So they don't get Apple Intelligence.

How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support

Some Apple Watches can access Apple Intelligence features when they are paired with Apple-Intelligence-enabled iPhones nearby. The Watches do not have nearly enough RAM to run Apple Intelligence themselves – and they are presumably using the paired iPhones to do the heavy lifting.

Hello~ Simply put the iPhone 15 model is equipped with the  A16 Bionic which is not powerful enough to support the new AI features.

Apple Intelligence - Apple* The following models are capable of running Apple Intelligence.

  • iPhone 17
  • A19
  • iPhone 17 Pro
  • A19 Pro
  • iPhone 17 Pro Max
  • A19 Pro
  • iPhone Air
  • A19 Pro
  • iPhone 16e
  • A18
  • iPhone 16
  • A18
  • iPhone 16 Plus
  • A18
  • iPhone 16 Pro Max
  • A18 Pro
  • iPhone 16 Pro
  • A18 Pro
  • iPhone 15 Pro Max
  • A17 Pro
  • iPhone 15 Pro
  • A17 Pro

Senseless would be to expect a device without the capacity to run Apple Intelligence to do so.
