Siri only providing web links instead of answering questions on iPhone

Just wondering why Siri sucks so bad lately. Siri only answers my questions with web links, if I wanted to look something up I would do it myself, but I’m asking Siri questions for quick responses and that seems to be a thing of the past. How do I get Siri to answer me and not just give me web links to what I ask and make me look the stuff up myself?
