All calls going straight to voice mail

I did not change a thing on my iPhone but as of 2 days ago, ALL calls are now going straight to voice mail and I am missing some extremely important phone calls. I seriously did not change not even one setting nor did I do any updates in the past 2 days. I have checked every setting I can think of, I have rebooted the phone, reset network settings, and even restored from backup, but nothing is working. I don't know what else to do but perhaps change carriers and/or get a new phone number? I have had this one for almost 20 years. I hate to switch but I can't be missing phone calls.

It sounds more like a bug with your Carrier. Since you haven't changed anything. Have you tried contacting them?

Have you checked that you don't have Call Forwarding enabled? Check here:

Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Forwarding

While you are in the Phone menu, also check if Silence Unknown Callers is enabled. If so, disable this feature.

Also remember to check if you have Do Not Disturb, or another focus profile enabled.

Go to: Settings > Focus

Check if one of your Focus profiles is enabled. You can also check this in your Control Center. Some focus profiles can set themselves automatically. You can see if you have an active schedule on a focus profile by tapping on a profile, scrolling down to schedule. If there is one active, tap on it and delete it.
