I am not receiving verification code on my phone number to login

Hello,

I created an Apple account a while ago to explore Apple Developer resources. I used my phone number for two-factor authentication and was able to use the account for things like shared albums.

Recently, I got an iPhone and tried signing in with that same Apple ID. However, I’m not receiving the verification code on my phone. After several attempts, I now get this error message:

“Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.”

The account isn’t signed in anywhere else, so I have no other way to verify my identity. I’ve already tried using iforgot.apple.com, but it hasn’t resolved the issue.

Could you please help me regain access to my Apple account?

If you can’t sign in, get access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. If you have no trusted devices or other numbers, set up an Account Recovery Contact ( Set up an account recovery contact - Apple Support ) so in future you can also get a code that way.
