What were the circumstances before the event? Is this the first time or have there been multiple kernel panics?

I open the app store, and click “upgrade all apps” , and after a few seconds (i dont do any thing), it panic and reboot
it is the first time.
It looks normal now, but I don't know if it will happen again in the future
