Phone not ringing, right to voicemail

My phone goes right to voicemail instead of ringing. I checked previous threads that are now closed and tried all suggestions, including turning off then on the phone. None has worked.

I assume that these are calls you receive that are sent directly to your Voicemail?

1. Check if your SIM card is connected to your Carrier. SIM cards often have a PIN code that must be entered when the phone has been turned off. If it is not entered, the phone will not connect. Check this here:

Settings > Mobile Service > SIM PIN

2. Check if you have activated Call Forwarding. Check here:

Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Forwarding

3. In the same menu as in point 2. Check if Silence Unknown Caller is activated.

4. In the same menu as in points 2 and 3. Check Blocked Contacts. See if you have accidentally blocked one or more of the numbers that contact you that are sent directly to voicemail.

5. Check if you have Focus mode activated. See it in the Control Center or here:

Settings > Focus > check for active schedules in your focus profiles. If you have an active one, tap in and delete.

6. Still no connection. Contact your Carrier.

Please let us know if any of the above points helped. It's a great help to us when we need to help others with the same problem.
