iMac M1 Trade in Value

The serial # does not show correct memory and hard drive size when checking trade in value.

I bought a refurbished iMac direct from Apple Store and the serial # shoes the following spec:

Mac M1 8-Core CPU and 8-Core GPU 24" (Early 2021) 256GB SSD, 8GB Memory

Trade in Value = $255.00

The actual spec shown on sales slip and on about this Mac is:

Mac M1 8-Core CPU and 8-Core GPU 24" (Early 2021) 512GB SSD, 16GB Memory

Shouldn't the trade in value be higher to reflect the higher specs.

No one here is responsible for the trade-in process and we cannot correct what Apple offers for trade-in value. There is no appeal process. Take it or leave it.

My 2020 27-inch iMac Core i7 3.8 Ghz with 8 GB RAM (when purchased), 1TB SSD, and 8GB RAM discrete GPU only shows a trade-in value of $250.
