Hi, I purchased a hoodie using Apple Pay through the Shop app, but the shop disappeared and the tracking says delivered even though I never got the package. I think it might be a scam. Could you help me with a refund or dispute process?

We can't, but your bank can. Apple Pay is just a way to use your credit or debit card more easily- you'll have to contact your bank to initiate a chargeback or similar.
