Duplicate Mail folders On My Mac
Duplicate mailbox folders on my Mac were created during an OS upgrade several months ago. How should I delete the duplicate folders without deleting the content in both folders?

If it was me in would login to the IMAP server where your email is kept and move the emails out of the folders that they are in to the original Mailbox. The folders you have in Mail should be a exactly the same on the server.
