Proton Mail access closed off with newest OS Sonoma 14.8.1 install

Proton email opened flashes without any access to clicking anywhere on page? Not the best at describing here. Anyone else using MacAir with latest update Sonoma 14.8.1 and Proton who had this happen yesterday?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.8
