New iphone 17 pro max lags and freezes

Had the phone for only a few days. From day one, the apps lag. I mainly use instagram and every time a video plays and lags every 6-8 seconds. I have so much space and data available on my phone. Cache are cleared by removing app and reinstalling. Still no fix. Camera froze the second time I use it, went black. Had to close and reopen.

Bluetooth doesnt want to connect to my bluetooth speaker. Says its too far away or check my connection. Again, following protocol to check connection and its right beside my phone. My internet isnt the problem. So frustrating for a new phone thats been out for awhile now. Whens the new update to fix this!
