I am using an iPhone 13 on iOS 26 it won’t stop turning of no matter what I do. Please someone tell me what’s wrong with my phone

Sorry, but we have no way to check and test your phone since our crystal ball is broken.
But.....the Apple Store / Genius Bar or an authorized Apple service shop can do this and let you know how much it will cost to get things going again. (They won't use a crystal ball, they will use professional test equipment).
Offhand.....when was the last time that you replaced the battery in your iPhone?
