Email problem after Apple password reset
I changed my Apple/iTunes password and everything works except for my email. Why?

Is this about your iCloud Mail account?
If yes, did you log out of your Apple Account on your iPhone in Settings/Your Name/Apple Account -> scroll down -> Sign Out. Then restart the iPhone and log in again, using your new Apple Account password.
Also make sure, that in Settings/iCloud/iCloud Mail is still set to "Use on this iPhone"
