Branded email logo not displaying in Apple iOS Mail app

I have set up branded email for my company, and am verified, But the logo does not show up in the native apple iOS mail app.

Brand identity attributes in Apple Business Connect – Apple Support (UK) I have done all steps and have all check marks saying everything is fine, it's been months and when I call Apple they say they don't support their own system.
