lost photos after icloud+ subscription issues

Hello,


I had some photos in the “Recently Deleted” album, but when my iCloud+ subscription didn’t renew due to payment issues, those photos disappeared.


I renewed my iCloud+ plan a few hours later, but the photos did not come back.


Could you please help me recover them or check if they still exist on iCloud servers?

Nobody on these forums works for Apple. We are customers just like you and do not have access to your accounts. To ask Apple about this, refer to this page for Apple Support for different countries ➔

Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" in regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.


Read this article for what Apple does say in this situation: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

Apple does not specify the Recently Deleted content but it is possible that even though they do not say they will delete your other content, from what you say I am guessing it is possible that content you have already deleted and is simply pending is deleted entirely when your service ended. Ask Apple.
