blocked iCloud storage update

Hello,

my devices are telling me I need to update my iCloud storage. I was already paying for it but then it suddenly stopped. I did not change my card, bank or anything. Now it is asking me to update my billing info but I never get to the next step, it always fall down. I tried different devices, same thing. Please help.
