Do "Watch Orientation" setting impact sleep measurements?

I've just started collecting sleep health data and would prefer to use the watch on a different wrist overnight to avoid any skin irritation from always wearing it on the same wrist, even with a good watch band. Will this pose a problem in collecting sleep data?
