Switched Apple ID and lost notes

My icloud storage was full and my notes weren't syncing. I created all my notes under icloud in the notes app. once I logged out of my icloud, I lost the notes which didn't sync, I've checked locally and on icloud but couldn't find them anywhere, Is there a way to get them back?
