iOS 26 Lockscreen quick reply text box expansion bug on iPhone 16 Pro

Hi all, I’ve had this bug since IOS 26 release on the 16 pro. I’ve updated to the latest version iOS 26.1 but sadly this does not resolve the issue. So the issue is that, if you quick reply from the lock screen, when your typing a quick reply and reach the end of the text box the next letter will drop down but the box will not expand until you type another letter. So I’ve attracted a few screenshots below and you can see how this bug is happening. So if you type something like I have below “Hi there I am writing a testing message to” without copy and pasting you’ll see when it gets to the word “message” it will drop the word to next line but you won’t be able to see it until you add another letter which will then allow the text box to expand.
