Error creating new apple account.

Im trying to create a new apple account that I'll be using for my business, to keep it separate from personal account, however, when its time for phone number verification it says this: "Security Code Error:

Verification codes can’t be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later." I waited a couple hours, tried again but had the same issue, then I waited some more time and tried it again but had the same issue.

Check Apple’s list of solutions for seeing that message —> If you can’t create an Apple Account or see “your account cannot be created at this time” - Apple Support


“At this time" is unfortunately a somewhat vague Apple catch-all error message. It could mean that you cannot connect to the Apple service you need to use, or it could mean there is something invalid or missing in your information entry and once you correct that, _then_ it is time. ;-)


- Check if the problem actually is at Apple’s end of things and if there’s an issue with Apple's servers: Apple - Support - System Status

- Completely disable any VPN you are using.


If those do not resolve the issue, there is probably something Apple doesn’t like about your information. Check what you are doing is valid (such as when creating an account all your information is consistent for the country in which you are creating the account) and has ALL the information required (scroll down to see if there’s more off the bottom of a page). Confer with Apple's documentation about the action you are trying to do.

Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. Update: found a forum that said that I should try to create an account in apple music, which i did and it worked, so now i do have the apple account, the issue here is that when i try to log in at apple sign in it asks for phone number for two factor authentication and then i get the exact same error.


However the account has now been created. It is extremely frustrating because I searched in every support page that you recommended me and there is nothing that actually helps with this issue, I would like to reach out to apple directly but i cant by phone since im from Guatemala and there is no support number here and there is no email for contacting. I have no idea why the two step verification is giving me prolem since the message is very broad I kept looking around but couldn´t find the option to get a chat session or something to speak with a representative.
