Call screening not showing on iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hello. My call screening function does not show itself in the phone app.

I have read that language and region must be the same and it is.

Region is Sweden and language is Swedish. Still don’t work.

However if I change region to Great Britain and language English, the function is there.

It’s an iPhone 15 pro max and iOS 26.1.

What can I do to make it work?
