iphone 15 (base) ios 26.1 spatial wallpaper bug

When I first updated to ios 26 the spatial wallpaper and photos was working. After some time it stopped working, not sure if that happened after updating to ios 26.0.1.

I searched reddit, this community, tried every workaround but it just doesn't work anymore.

I thought ios 26.1 would fix it but still the same error.

In photos app, the error message is "cannot load photo"

While setting wallpaper the error message is "unable to load model".

As I said earlier, it was working initially which means the model was downloaded

Now here are some additional info:

1) my 5g network and wifi both are stable and high speed. I have tried multiple Hotspots, different wifi, office wifi etc.

2) I don't use icloud storage for photos. All my photos are in my device.

3) reduce motion is disabled.

4) force restarted multiple times in hopes of it working again but it doesn't.

5) since this is iphone 15 base model, Apple intelligence is anyways not available.

6) more than 60 GB of storage is free.

I don't even remember how many other workaround I have tried, so far nothing worked.
