My iPhone 17 has been acting strangely. When I test the cellular data speed using the Speedtest app, it shows over 700 Mbps. However, when I use the Fast app, Safari, or other social media apps, the internet speed was really slow (160kbps) and it is useless.

Getting the Correct Internet Speed:
The DTR (Data Transfer Rate) can only transfer so fast, depending on the device's specs, and is access to available services provided nearby.
So, Consolidate Cellular:
In Settings, turn OFF the following...

Reinstall the Apps:
It may be no more an an App issue. So, remove all third-party apps, and then add them back. See if anything has changed. You may want to report this as a bug to the the Developers. You'd find their Contact Us info in the app's site of the App Store. Sometimes, there's an email address to send them a message, informing them of this error. Include the URL of this thread for their reference.
