No O2 data in Vitals for Apple Watch Series 11 and iPhone 16 Pro

Hello, I have Watch Series 11 and iPhone 16 Pro.

Health app is not tracking my O2 in Vitals during sleep, I have empty column and message No Data for O2 in Vitals.

I can see O2 measurements in Respiratory tab of Health app but they are not synced with Vitals.

I have the newest iOS and watchOS.

First of all, make sure you are wearing the watch correctly when you go to bed.

I understand the issues and have experienced some of the same with my Apple Watch 11 & iPhone 17 Pro. especially since the update. But I found a solution. I've been using the Watch app called AutoSleep for several years, with different Apple Watch models. It seems to provide more accurate information and better ratings. And clearly shows my O2 range and average. My pulmonologist found these reports helpful in determining how to adjust my nightly O2. We are at a good place, as you can see from my image below.

To download this app,

  • Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  • Scroll down to Available Apps.
  • Select AutoSleep.

This is a free app.

Same here. My iPhone 16 Pro with Apple Watch Series 9 showed O2 in Vitals. Now with Series 11 and same phone, Vitals shows an empty column where O2 should be and just says “No Data” if you tap it. This is through two nights of use so far since upgrading my watch. If I go I to Health -> Respiratory -> Blood Oxygen, there have been readings taken overnight. I was already using IOS 26.2 and WatchOS 26.2 before switching from Series 9 to Series 11.
