Safari reacts uniquely to one website

Hi,

Safari is acting very weird specifically on my laptop after upgrading to Tahoe 26.1. The Flow capture (app.moxion.com) website won't fully load. The navigation tab on the left doesn't show up other than the 3 lines.

However, if I turn Hide IP to Trackers only, it loads just fine.

However, if I set it back to Trackers and Website then use a VPN (in same country I'm in), login and website functions normally.

FYI, I've tested this on my Mac Mini M4 and my wife's M4 Macbook Air and works just fine with both Trackers and Website on.

I've cleared cache, removed all history and cookies for Safari, as well as reinstall Tahoe 26.1. It's still not loading other than the 3 lines on the left. I think something in my Library is causing it. Is there anything else I have to delete / clear to get this to work normally again?

Any advice is appreciated.

P.S. I've tested loading this website in multiple locations (office, home, studio, coffeeshop) and the results are exactly the same.

what advice are you wanting here? Seems you sorted it out.

It is impossible to speculate blindly trying to compare your set up vs some other personal computer set up. Do what works.

I would never jump so many hoops for an individual website.

The only thing I can add is try a different browser and compare your results.

Hi guys,

@leroydouglas the problem I'm trying to solve is for the website to work with Hide IP for Websites and Trackers on my laptop as it does on my other computers without the need of using a VPN. I would like both those on for extra security. I'm certain something got corrupted upon upgrading. I tried to mitigate this by reinstalling Tahoe but that didn't seem to fix it, so I'm guessing it's something else that I need to delete. My Mac Mini is a mirror of my laptop hence why I'm curious about what's possibly causing this. Also, the Firefox and Chrome work fine on that website.

@dialabrain app.moxion.com is the website after login so I'm not sure if that website opens unless secure authentication is done.

I hope that clarifies things
