iPhone order status not updating

No responders here work for Apple or have access to Apple inventory or shipping databases. We cannot check on your behalf.

What does the status show? The device must come off the end of the assembly line before status stops showing "processing."

Have you received any communication from Apple about the order. It usually goes to the email address associated with your Apple ID.

When you order an iPhone from Apple, you are ALWAYS provided a date range when you can expect your phone to be delivered. As to the order status, there are only three:

1. Order Processing - Your status will remain in this status until JUST before the phone is being prepared to ship.
2. Preparing to Ship - Apple has your iPhone and is preparing to ship and your payment method will now be charged.
3. Shipped - Apple has handed your phone over to the shipper and they will send you an email with tracking numbers for you track the movement with the shipper.

If your phone isn't scheduled yet to be delivered, you won't see anything change for the status per the above.
