AppleCare One | Unable to add to my iPhone 15 Pro Max

My iPhone 15 Pro Max is still covered under AppleCare+ (with theft and loss) until the end of this month. However, when I attempt to switch to AppleCare One, it requires an inspection either in-person or remotely. I recently spoke with AppleCare, and they confirmed that it passed all tests, so they are puzzled as to why it is not allowing me to proceed. As a last resort, I scheduled a Genius Bar appointment, which is quite inconvenient for me at the moment due to various reasons. On the other hand, my watch 7, which is beyond the warranty period, can be added without any issues. I haven’t signed up yet, and I am hesitant to do so at this point because of the iPhone’s inability to be added.

Is there anything else I should consider? I would greatly appreciate your input.
