My iphone has no service
My iphone7 went to no service this morning and then I got the error message
Cellular Updates Failed
your iphone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated
please help. I've tried to plug it into my computer and update and also from the phone itself.... it is like its stuck and never completes the update

A message like that probably refers to carrier settings, not to the version of iOS you are running. (The iPhone 7 can run the latest release of iOS 15, but cannot update to iOS 16 or later.)
