When I created my "support" account, I entered a phone number that I haven't used for the past three months. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to change it on my own in Russia.
Since I don't own this number, I want to either delete it or mark it as unclaimed. How can I do this in Russia? Thank you

Did you try to contact the official Apple Support about that?
Or give them a call by choosing the phone number from this Apple page:
