Signing out of apple music
How do I sign out on my Apple Music because whenever I tap on the sign out, it leads me to website, but I don’t know how to sign out or sign in using another Apple ID.

Short answer: You don't, at least not from the Music App directly when on an iPad.
Long answer: Apple Music uses the account logged in at Settings ➜ Account ➜ Media & Purchases.
If you log out, it will also log lout the TV App and the Books App.
Why do you need to log out of the Apple Music app specifically?
What are you trying o accomplish?
