Lower part of iPhone 11 screen unresponsive and slowing down

Can someone please help me? My iPhone 11 was working perfectly fine but then it suddenly started slowing down. After that the lower part of the screen stopped responding completely. I have tried restarting it but nothing has changed. I can’t swipe up or unlock my phone. It’s been hours now and it’s still not working

Force your iPhone to restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).

If that doesn’t help, then I recommend service.
