Should it be 0?

No, it should be 1. It would only be 0 if the battery was never charged. The battery was charged before the iPhone was shipped from the factory.

We cannot help on the finish question. You will have to take the iPhone to an authorized Apple service shop for inspection.

The cycle count on a new phone, can come with a cycle count out of the box. As phones are manufactured, they are tested, which includes testing the battery. There is no reason to be concerned about a phone with a cycle count of 1 out of the box. I have no clue what you mean by you got paint removal while trying back covers? The Pro phones aren't painted. They are electroplated.

Yeah I mean coating got removed and I can see a silver color.

Show the phone to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar. If they determine there is a manufacturing defect, they will address it. But be advised, if you don't live in Saudi Arabia, but you bought your phone in Saudi Arabia, you may need to return to Saudi Arabia if the phone needs to be replaced.
