There is nothing any of use or Apple can do to help. The phone is locked to the owner and they are they are the only ones that can remove the lock from the phone. They would be able to do that by resetting their Apple Account password to gain access, but that is not something you can do for them.

Sorry, but the answer is the same. Only the original owner can gain access to their account through the Account Recovery process, you cannot do that for them. After that then they can remove the account from the device and you will be able to use it. Until that happens the phone will remain locked.
