I am new to Apple & purchased iPAD Pro recent model so i wanted to know if i can download programs for coding. Like VS coding? I am trying but couldn’t able to download.

You can’t install it on an iPad but you could use the web version: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/vscode-web.
There are loads of coding apps in the App Store, try and experiment with them! (VS code is not on the App Store.)
Web version with all the features or limited? And by the way, buying such an expensive device & cannot install this is making this purchase useless.
