Mail Filtering

I am using iOS 26 on my iPhone 17. iMail started filtering the Draft Folder of Outlook Mail for Unread Mail. I didn't turn the filter on and the button in bottom-left corner does not allow me to turn it off. Is this a known glitch? Was it fixed by iOS 26.1?

Yes - I did mean the Apple Mail App (not iMail) was filtering for unread mail. Prior to updating to iOS 26.1, the App had suddenly defaulted to filtering and I wasn't able to switch it off. All good now that I updated to iOS 26.1

Updating to iOS 26.1 will fix the filtering problem. Remember to make following tweaks after updating:

Update all devices (Air Pods, Apple Watch, Apple TV, etc.)
Enable background security improvements (a new feature) to protect against new hacks
Customize Liquid Glass display settings to enhance screen visibility
Update third-party apps to prevent crashes
Check Cell Phone carrier for updates to optimize phone performance and call quality

By iMail I assume you meant the stock iOS Mail app?

Not a glitch I have come across, must have been local to your phone.

There again I would never try to filter draft mails for unread as they are potentially outgoing not incoming
