Was unable to find my iphone 12pro.

I have been unable to find my iPhone 12 Pro. I used my iCloud tracking to try to find my device, but I was not successful. I also noticed that my iPhone 12 Pro was not listed in my devices in iCloud.

If your phone is no longer visible in your device list at www.icloud.com, it has been removed from your account and cannot be tracked. This can happen if when you lose your phone, you received what you thought was a message from Apple saying your phone has been found and it asked you to verify your account details. That would have been a scam message as Apple NEVER gets involved in lost or stolen devices. And if you did provide your account details, they used your account to get in your phone and remove it from your account.

You'll never see the phone again. You need to contact your carrier and ask them to Blacklist the phone. Then go buy a new iPhone.

What was the message that appeared when you logged on to iCloud to try to locate your phone?

"No Device Found".......This means that Find My was not enabled on the phone that is lost, so it cannot be located online. You have to look for the phone the old fashioned way......with your eyes.

"Offline"......This can mean different things. 1) The phone does not have an Internet connection where it is currently located, 2) The battery has run down, or 3) a thief has wrapped aluminum foil around the phone or placed it in a Faraday bag so the phone cannot send or receive a signal.

All that you can do if the phone is "Offline" is keep checking a few times each day to see if the status of the phone might have changed.
