Time delay to start the screen saver not shown on my 2024 Mac Mini

I recently bought a 2024 Mac mini and upgraded the OS to the latest Tahoe 26.1. I'm trying to set the time delay after inactivity to start the screen saver. However, I cannot find that option under Lock Screen. As I search for the setting, I see that it's supposed to be under Lock Screen, but when I click on it, it does not show? Is this a bug?
