We can't help you print what you didn't keep of copy of. If you bought it from an Apple Store directly, you can contact that store and see if they can send you a copy. If you ordered it from Apple directly, you can contact Apple Support, but they may not have a copy of it any longer. If you bought from someone other than Apple, you'll have to contact them.

If they didn't retain a copy of it when it was purchased, there isn't anywhere to print it from. It definitely falls off the purchased list after 18 months.

That's a great use tip, but they bought the phone in 2021. Purchases don't remain in your purchase history longer than 18 months, so this won't really help them.

For what reason do you need a sales receipt?

The AppleCare warranty expired more than 3 years ago unless you purchased additional AppleCare+ coverage.

We already explained that there is no warranty on the iPhone. You will have to pay for any repairs.

The service shop can provide you with an estimate of the cost of repairs.
