Settings Search Bar

My iPhone 14 Pro Max got an update and the update moved the search bar for my iPhone 14 Pro Max settings to the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to place that search bar back at the top of the screen? I am not referring to the Safarri browser screen. I am talking about the iPhone 14 pro Max phone search box itself. (Example I go to phone settings the search box is at the bottom of the screen.)
