I can’t back up over cellular data

I need to backup my WhatsApp chat using cellular data not WiFi but it’s keeps showing WiFi all the time

Unable to backup WhatsApp chats to iCloud I want to backup my WhatsApp chats to iCloud on my old iPhone 14 Pro Max, so I can restore them to my new 16 Pro Max. I get the message: Backup not complete. Not signed in to iCloud. However I am definitely signed in to iCloud and WhatsApp is enabled in iCloud. Why is it not backing up?

You did turn off Wi-Fi in Settings......correct?

Iphone Settings, Cellular (or mobile data) you would need icloud drive to be turned on.
