If you see these as Notification in the upper right corner of your screen, then all you need to do is go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove every website you have allowed to send you Notifications. I would also recommend that anytime you visit a website to say No if it asks you if you would like to receive Notifications.

Those are scams. Dismiss and ignore them.

MacAfee either a. wants your money. or b. it's a scam. disable notifications for safari/MacAfee.

You are at risk of being scammed. "Security" is probably the single biggest scam right now.
No one, including Apple, can "see' what is or is not on your computer unless you give them specific permission for remote access.
Such scammy methods of forcing their product on people give you an idea of the mindset of the companies running a "protection racket."
