what should I do if my subscription fee was charged twice

November 7, I had two contracts written off for the gemini subscription, but I submitted one of the below for a refund, and the other remained. I thought the subscription would work but it didn’t work, I can’t return the second subscription yet what do I do?

Charged both subscription prices and wasn't refunded the first one yet I subscribed to an app's subscription and it offered another subscription plan, it started with 12.99 and upgraded to 18.99 and it said that the upgrade would refund the 12.99 and only charge the 18.99.
