Hello there, i have an iPhone X version 16.x.x, i dropped my phone so it started to touch itself and the iPhone is now unavailable, I've already changed the screen but i want my data back any way please my data is very important.

Anything that was on the phone is gone. Your only option is to restore iOS in recovery mode and re-sync your data from iCloud and restore your last backup.
FYI: If you replaced the screen yourself or had it done by an unauthorized shop, your phone is now unsupportable.
You can recover your data when you set it up again from the most recent back up that you made on iCloud or a computer..... before....the phone took a fall.
You do have a backup......correct?
If not.....I'm sorry, but unfortunately I think you already know the answer.
