Unable to sign in to App Store with new Apple ID on iPhone XS

i recently created a new apple ID. I can sign in with the phone. But when trying to sign into Apple Store App, it constantly requested to review the account and I was not able to sign in. It said your account is first time using to log in App store, please review your account information. I was stuck there. My iphone is Iphone Xs

It probably wants you to enter a payment method. Sign in to your Apple Account on the web or in your device settings - Apple Support - at the very bottom: "When you sign in to the App Store and other media services for the first time, you might need to add a credit card or other payment information."
