"Software cleaner"? None recommended, free or otherwise. Even if free, a "cleaner" is nowhere near worth the money.
The "cleaner" will interfere with security on your phone, and the "cleaner" app company that you decide to use will sell your personal information to as many other companies as they can. So, you can expect junk mail to pick up dramatically.
In other words, the "cleaner" is not the product. You are the product.

If you are referring to a “software cleaner”, no such product is ever required.
"delete app" free(e?)st and safest cleaner i've ever used on any os, or you can offload the unwanted/unused apps instead. clearing caches regularly works if you're the sentimental type. here's a wikihow link if you're unfamiliar or unsure of how to manage your storage:

Cleaning the Outside of your Phone:
To get “free” cleaner for the outside of your phone, have someone gift it to you, I guess. Should that not be considered “free”?
Is this covered by AppleCare? If not, then have someone purchase Liquid Nano or Liquid Armor for the screen. There are three steps to applying it, and I know how to apply it like a charm. If you ever get a ding in your iPhone, it’ll put a crater, rather than a cracked screen, saving you a boat load of cash. But, if covered under AppleCare, on the other hand, let it be, and use a microfiber cloth.
