Ghostly images after iOS 26 update on iPhone 15

After updating to iOS 26 on my iPhone 15, all pictures have become ghost-like images. I have toggled the home button on and off. That does nothing.

Go to Settings/Accessibility/Display & Text Size and turn off all switches except Auto-Brightness.
