took money for no reason

Hi all.

i don’t have subscription, or bill for something.

Take 7.99$, but when i want to refund this amount or decline subscription, don’t have this in my history.

It’s likely to be a duplicate account. I’ve been dealing with this for 18mths although it’s actually longer.

My ex made a work account for me using our home internet. That’s confused my Microsoft Account for work but also I stupidly got a Gmail account when I saw odd workflow.

Either contact Apple directly if you don’t think anyone has had access or cloned your account or take a trip in your car and force your ID to the correct settings ♾️
